Very flexible and trys to work around customer's availability rather than expecting the opposite (like most tradies/companies out there).

Calum was always willing to come around either early in the morning or after hours to discuss the best solutions, talk us through every single detail to ensure that the installation would go smoothly and that we were happy with the end result.

The new unit is great and keeps our place super toasty on those cold nights. We were very surprised of how efficient AND quiet both indoor and outdoor units are. They’re so quiet that sometimes it is impossible to tell if they are even working.

We are very happy with Calum's Ecoair products and services and would recommend it GREATLY!!!! Give them a go! you won't be disappointed.
